Financial Controller (Logistics) 


In this role you will be a dedicated business advisor for one of the key business units within the Russian branch - Logistics. You will be able not only provide the plan fact comparison but act as a real expert helping the senior management track the business operations changes through financial reports and figures analysis.  


• Budgeting & analysis of actual performance: inbound (incl. duties) & outbound costs, WHS & co-packing cost; • Cost to serve  "what if analysis (Route to market, minimum order size, P&L by customers); • Financial local and region reporting and analysis (actual vs. budget, bridge of main drivers of difference, Logistics scorecard); • Closing of financial period of Logistics costs, calculation of accruals; • Allocation of transportation costs by sku & customers; • Checking of correctness rates per kg by category in period, and explaining the difference; • Waste minimization (in collaboration with other teams); • Logistics productivity (actual calculation and looking for new productivity initiatives in collaboration with all Logistics functions); • Logistics KPIs analysis together with planning teams and treasury: CFR (case fill rate), IA (invoice accuracy), SFA (sales forecast accuracy), Inventory. 












• Higher education.  In Finance/Economics  field  • Additional education and qualifications or MBA is a plus 



• Experience with a successful  b2c manufacturer or retailer or a logistics company • Thorough knowledge of logistics and customer service operations   • English – conversational level 




• Familiar with the corporate environment of multinational companies • Strong multitasking skills • Result driven character, able to stand up to pressure when needed • Able to present and advice on the D-level • Full of energy and willing to work overtime when needed  • Team player
